Information on the processing of personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you of the following issues regarding the processing we perform of your personal data:
Data Controller: Chubby Studio S.L., with tax identification number B44691418, and registered office at street Diputación Foral de Álava 4, 3rd floor, Postal Code 01001 in Vitoria (Álava).
Personal data collected: The personal data that we collect through this form are necessary to manage your subscription request to our newsletter and, therefore, it is mandatory to provide them in such a way that, otherwise, we will not be able to register you in it.
Purpose: We inform you that we use your personal data to manage your subscription to our newsletter and, therefore, the sending, by email, of newsletters or informational bulletins about our company, our products, services, updates, articles, news, offers, or promotions.
In this sense, we inform you that to manage more efficiently, dynamically, and operationally, and to better monitor the commercial communications that we send by email, we use MailChimp, a platform developed by The Rocket Science Group Llc., which involves the installation by the service provider of tracking devices in said shipments to monitor the opening of emails and the clicking of links contained in emails, and to be able to prepare tracking reports of the campaigns with the collected information.
Legitimization of the processing: The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data is the consent you provide when subscribing to our newsletter and, therefore, the necessity of said processing to attend to your subscription. In this regard, we inform you that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Recipients: The personal data you provide us will not be communicated to any third party unless it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
However, we inform you that for some matters we use third-party services, which act as data processors, with whom we have signed the corresponding data processing contract in accordance with the provisions of article 28.3 of the GDPR.
International data transfers: We inform you that, to manage more efficiently, dynamically, and operationally, and to better monitor the commercial communications that we send by email, we use MailChimp, a platform developed by The Rocket Science Group Llc., a company that acts as a data processor and that, despite being outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, the international transfer of data that its use implies also has the appropriate guarantees contemplated in article 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission).

Retention period: We will keep your personal data as long as you do not revoke your consent by requesting to unsubscribe.
Rights of the interested party in the processing of their data: You can request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition, or portability by sending a written request addressed to Chubby Studio S.L., at Diputación Foral de Álava 4, 3rd floor, Postal Code 01001 in Vitoria (Álava), or by sending an email to hola@chubbyapps.com, always accompanied by a photocopy of your ID.
Complaint to the supervisory authority: You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, either through its electronic headquarters or at its address, at calle Jorge Juan, nº 6, Postal Code 28001 in Madrid.
