2. Website terms of use
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the fitwoody.camp website, including its blog (the “Website”). The FitWoody app is governed by its own Terms & Conditions and App Privacy Policy.
Browsing the Website is free and does not require registration. By using it you agree to this Legal Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Chubby Studio S.L. or third parties;
introduce viruses or malicious code, or attempt to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorization;
extract content in bulk through automated means, or overload the Website’s infrastructure;
reproduce or distribute the Website’s content beyond what is permitted in section 3.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The Website and its content (texts, articles, images, illustrations, graphic design, source code, logos and the FitWoody name and brand) belong to Chubby Studio S.L. or to third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may view, print and save content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts of our articles provided that you credit FitWoody and link to the original article. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires our prior written permission.
Some images on the blog are generated with artificial intelligence and are labelled as such. See our Editorial Policy for details.
4. Personal data protection
We process the personal data of Website visitors in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). You will find all the details in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The processing of data in the FitWoody app is described in the App Privacy Policy.
5. Commercial communications
In accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI), we only send commercial communications by email or equivalent electronic means to people who have requested or expressly consented to them.
Every commercial email includes a simple, free way to unsubscribe. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@fitwoody.camp or, in the app, from Settings › Notifications.
6. Liability
We work to keep the Website’s content accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information purposes. Articles about training, sleep and health are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we are not responsible for damage caused by interruptions, viruses or other harmful elements that could not reasonably be detected, without prejudice to any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Chubby Studio S.L. does not control them and is not responsible for their content, except where it has actual knowledge that the content is unlawful and fails to act diligently to remove the link, as provided in article 17 of the LSSI.
7. Minors
The Website is not directed at children. People under 14 must not send us personal data without the authorization of their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for supervising the content their children access.
If we learn that we have received personal data from a child under 14 without that authorization, we will delete it.
8. Links to fitwoody.camp
You may link to any page of fitwoody.camp provided that:
the link opens the page in full and does not reproduce our content as if it were your own (for example through frames);
you do not make false, inaccurate or misleading statements about FitWoody, Chubby Studio S.L. or its services;
you do not suggest any partnership, endorsement or sponsorship that does not exist;
the linking page does not contain unlawful content or content contrary to good faith.
Chubby Studio S.L. is not responsible for the content or services of the website that includes the link.

The Website only uses analytics cookies if you accept them. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time from the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. See the Cookie Policy for details.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. For users who are not consumers, the courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava, Spain) have jurisdiction.
