Editorial policy
How we research, write, review and publish everything on the FitWoody blog.
This page explains who is behind the FitWoody blog, how our articles are made, what role AI plays in that process, and who is accountable for what you read here.
Last updated: 4 August 2026.
Who is responsible for this blog
The FitWoody blog is published by Chubby Studio S.L., the company behind the FitWoody app. Chubby Studio S.L. holds editorial responsibility for every article published on fitwoody.camp.
Every post is signed by a named author who is a real member of our team. The byline is not decorative: the person named has read, edited and approved the article before it went live.
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, write to hello@fitwoody.camp and we will review it.
How we use AI
We use AI as a drafting and research tool, not as a publisher. In practice that means:
AI assists with first drafts, outlines and rewriting.
A named human editor reviews, corrects and rewrites every draft before publication.
No article is published without that human review.
Chubby Studio S.L. takes editorial responsibility for the final text, exactly as if it had been written from scratch.
How we check what we publish
Health and training content is only useful if it is accurate. Before an article goes live we:
Check every factual claim against a primary source, and link that source at the end of the article.
Verify any statement about how FitWoody works against the actual app.
Remove claims we cannot support, rather than softening them.
Where the evidence is genuinely uncertain, we say so in the article instead of picking a side.
Images
Most of the photography on this blog is generated with AI. Every AI-generated image is labelled as such in the caption directly below it, and the disclosure is repeated in the image’s alternative text so it is available to screen readers.
Screenshots and images of the FitWoody app are our own work and are not AI-generated. They are credited separately.
All cover images are © Chubby Studio S.L.
Corrections and updates
We update articles when the evidence changes, when the app changes, or when we get something wrong.
Each article shows a publication date and, where relevant, an updated date.
To report an error, email hello@fitwoody.camp. We correct genuine mistakes and note substantial changes.
This is not medical advice
Everything on this blog is general information about training, sleep and recovery. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a health condition, symptoms that worry you, or you are unsure whether an activity is safe for you, talk to a doctor before acting on anything you read here.
