Information on the processing of personal data

Basic information on data protection for our email sign-up forms (newsletter, product news, early access and beta program), in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

• Controller: Chubby Studio S.L., Tax ID B44691418, Apartado de Correos 134, 01080 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), Spain. Email: hello@fitwoody.camp.

• Purpose: to send you the emails you sign up for (news about FitWoody, articles, tips, offers, early access or beta invitations), manage your subscription and, to improve our emails, measure whether they are opened and which links are clicked.

• Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR and article 21 of Law 34/2002, LSSI). The email address is required to subscribe; without it we cannot send you the emails.

• Recipients: we do not sell your data or share it with third parties. Our email provider Loops (Astrodon Corporation) processes it on our behalf as data processor. We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.

• International transfers: Loops is based in the United States. The transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (article 46.2.c GDPR). Loops privacy policy · Loops data processing agreement.

• Retention: until you unsubscribe. Afterwards we only keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again, and proof of your consent while claims may be brought.

• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawing your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link included in every email or by writing to hello@fitwoody.camp. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

• Minors: you must be at least 14 years old to subscribe.
