This update marks a huge step for us, FitWoody is now on Apple Watch.
You can finally check your movement, sleep, and workouts right from your wrist, designed with the same care and warmth you already know from the iPhone and iPad app.

Here’s what’s new:
FitWoody for Apple Watch: A brand-new native app that brings your day to your wrist. See how your active kilocalories evolve hour by hour, track your daily progress bar, and stay connected to your body throughout the day.
Sleep chart on Apple Watch: Visualize your night across deep, core, and REM stages, plus total time in bed.
Workout recap: Quickly check how your latest sessions went, right from the watch.
Improved sync across devices: Faster, more reliable updates between iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Visual and performance refinements: Smoother transitions, lighter animations, and sharper typography all around.
What’s next
The FitPassport is almost ready, a clear, elegant snapshot of your long-term health across cardiovascular fitness, rest, body composition, and activity. It’s easily the most beautiful thing we’ve ever designed.
Then comes final polish, onboarding, and performance tuning, everything leading up to October 23, when FitWoody 2.0 officially launches.
