The first betas were about giving meaning to your data. Sleep, training, recovery, translated into words you could actually understand. It was a step forward: from silence to context.

But something was still missing.

Because knowing how you feel today is valuable, but without a direction, it can fade. What you needed was not just clarity, but a reason to keep showing up.

With Beta 3, FitWoody helps you turn those vague intentions into something real.

You can now set a Goal: maybe distance, time, elevation, or simply the number of workouts you’ll commit to. You decide how long it lasts. You choose the days you’ll show up.
