2.0 - Beta 2

The first beta was about foundations. We erased everything, started from scratch, and rebuilt FitWoody around three simple but powerful pillars: metabolism, sleep, and training. It was a raw beginning, but it was alive.

Now, with Beta 2, FitWoody takes the next step: it begins to speak.

Because health isn’t just data. It’s what that data means for you, today.

A quick voice on Home

Every morning, FitWoody now gives you a short check-in. Maybe your recovery is high, maybe last night’s sleep wasn’t enough, maybe yesterday’s workout built the right kind of endurance.

It’s just a sentence, a gentle nudge. Not a wall of numbers. Not guilt. Just a way to feel connected to your body in a single glance.

Deeper insights where they belong



Tap into a workout, a night of sleep, or your HRV, and you’ll notice something new. Not just values, not just charts, but explanations.

Why Zone 2 runs matter. Why a high HRV is a green light to push. Why poor deep sleep might explain today’s fatigue.

It’s the difference between knowing a number and actually understanding yourself.

Privacy, always

We’ve built these insights with privacy at the center.

On devices compatible with Apple Intelligence, everything is processed locally, on your iPhone. On others, we pre-process and anonymize the data before analysis. It’s never stored, never identifiable, only used to give you clarity.

Because your health data should always stay yours.

Fixes & polish

We’ve cleaned up rough edges, made the first AI-powered explanations feel more natural, and squashed a handful of annoying crashes.

But real life is messy, Garmin connections still aren’t where we want them, and some bugs remain. We’ll get there, step by step.

Looking forward

Fixing is only half of the job. The other half is dreaming.

That’s why we’re already shaping the next big step: the “You” tab.

A place to zoom out, to see not just how you feel today, but how you’re evolving week by week, month by month. A compass to help you understand where you are and where you’re heading. A way to build your best self, consistently, sustainably.
