Delete your account
When you sign up for FitWoody, your account is created automatically during onboarding — usually by signing in with your Apple ID. If you decide to delete your account, you can do so at any time from the app’s settings.

How to delete your account
Open FitWoody.
Go to Settings.
At the top, tap your user profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action.
Important information before deleting
This action is permanent.
All your data stored in FitWoody will be erased, including training history, personal settings, and preferences.
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
Tip: If you simply want to pause your training or stop receiving notifications, you can keep your account and adjust your plan or notification settings instead.
