How do I change between units?

How to switch between Celsius/Fahrenheit and metric/imperial units in FitWoody

FitWoody automatically uses the units you set on your iPhone. We don’t add an extra toggle inside the app, because iOS already lets you pick your preferred units and we read them directly from there.

To change them on your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Go to General > Language & Region.

  3. Under Temperature Unit, choose Celsius or Fahrenheit.

  4. Under Measurement System, choose Metric (kilometers, kilograms) or US/Imperial (miles, pounds).

Once you’ve changed these settings, FitWoody will automatically show your data in the same units.

Tip: If you use both iPhone and iPad, make sure the same settings are applied on each device.
