1. Automatic language selection

If your iPhone/iPad language is among our 36 supported languages, you don’t need to do anything — FitWoody will display in that language by default.

2. Manually changing the language

If your device is set to a different language or you want to use another one:

1. Open FitWoody.

2. Go to Settings inside the app.

3. Tap Language.

4. You’ll be taken to FitWoody’s settings in the iOS Settings app.

5. Tap Language and choose one of the 36 available options.

Tip: Changes take effect immediately — just close and reopen FitWoody to see the app in your chosen language.
