How do I change my Daily Calories Goal?
Learn how to adjust your Daily Calories Goal in FitWoody from the app’s settings.

Your Daily Calories Goal is the target number of active calories you want to burn each day. FitWoody uses this to set your daily effort and track progress toward your fitness goals.
To change it:
Open FitWoody on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Settings (⚙️ in the top corner of the Home screen).
Tap Daily Calories Goal.
Enter or adjust your preferred target.
FitWoody will immediately update your daily progress ring and adapt your goals to match the new number.
Tip: If you’re not sure what to set, start with Apple’s default recommendation and adjust gradually as your activity increases.
