What are Long-Term Goals?

Set long-term goals for distance, workouts, elevation, or time, and let FitWoody organize your weekly sessions so you know if you’re on track, ahead, or behind.

Long-Term Goals help you focus on the bigger picture, not just the day-to-day. Instead of only tracking calories or steps, you can set a clear objective over weeks or months and let FitWoody guide you toward it.

You can choose the type of goal that matters most to you:

  • Distance (e.g. run 200 km this season)

  • Number of workouts (e.g. 100 sessions this year)

  • Elevation (e.g. climb 5,000 m this month)

  • Time (e.g. 50 hours of activity this quarter)

Once you set your goal, you also tell us:

  • How many workouts per week you want to do

  • Which types of exercise you prefer (running, cycling, strength, etc.)

From there, FitWoody does the math:

  • We distribute your sessions across the calendar.

  • We tell you how long or how far to train on each day.

  • We keep track of whether you’re ahead or behind your target.

This way, every session has a clear purpose — and you can see your long-term progress building up over time.
