What are Long-Term Goals?
Set long-term goals for distance, workouts, elevation, or time, and let FitWoody organize your weekly sessions so you know if you’re on track, ahead, or behind.

Long-Term Goals help you focus on the bigger picture, not just the day-to-day. Instead of only tracking calories or steps, you can set a clear objective over weeks or months and let FitWoody guide you toward it.
You can choose the type of goal that matters most to you:
Distance (e.g. run 200 km this season)
Number of workouts (e.g. 100 sessions this year)
Elevation (e.g. climb 5,000 m this month)
Time (e.g. 50 hours of activity this quarter)
Once you set your goal, you also tell us:
How many workouts per week you want to do
Which types of exercise you prefer (running, cycling, strength, etc.)
From there, FitWoody does the math:
We distribute your sessions across the calendar.
We tell you how long or how far to train on each day.
We keep track of whether you’re ahead or behind your target.
This way, every session has a clear purpose — and you can see your long-term progress building up over time.
