How do I change my Sleep Goal?
Learn how to change your nightly Sleep Goal in FitWoody from the app’s settings.

Your Sleep Goal is the number of hours of rest you want to aim for each night. FitWoody uses this goal to calculate your progress and show whether you’re building a healthy Sleep Bank.
To change it:
Open FitWoody on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Settings ( in the top corner of the Home screen).
Tap Sleep Goal.
Select the number of hours you want as your nightly target.
Once updated, all your sleep metrics, including the Sleep Bank, will adapt automatically to your new goal.
Tip: If you’re not sure how many hours to set, start with 7–8 hours (the general recommendation for adults) and adjust based on how you feel over time.
