What you’ll need

• An iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 or later

• The TestFlight app, available for free on the App Store

• A valid FitWoody beta invite link

Step 1 - Install TestFlight

1. Tap the link above to open the App Store

2. Download and install TestFlight

3. Open the app once it’s installed

Step 2 – Accept your FitWoody beta invite

When you receive your invite (via email or link):

1. Open the invite link on your iPhone

2. TestFlight will launch and show the FitWoody beta

3. Tap Accept → then tap Install

Step 3 - Keep FitWoody up to date

TestFlight will notify you when there’s a new beta version.

Just open the app and tap Update to get the latest build.

Notes

• The beta is updated regularly new features, fixes, and improvements.

• Some features might be unfinished. You’ll see a changelog inside TestFlight and in the web.

• Your feedback is essential you can share it directly from within FitWoody.

Trouble joining the beta?

• Make sure you’re using Safari to open the invite link

• Install TestFlight before tapping the invite

• If you see “This beta is full”, try again later we’re opening new spots regularly
